Terry’s September 17 working log records that the Sheriff’s Office acknowledged the September 16 public-records request, assigned reference S011085-091626, and stated that a response would be provided on or before September 28, 2026.
This is an agency-stated response expectation as recorded in that log. It is not presented as a promise that every requested record will be produced by that date.
